This was one of my first kingdom level scrolls to be handed out.  The background is gold gouache and a pain to write on.  As I understand, it was used as an award but which I do not know.

Pen & Ink:  outlines done with Pigma Micron archival ink pen

Illumination:  flat, Winsor & Newton Gold

Paper:  Bristol vellum surface, 100lb
