Metal Work – Chatelaine

Medium: Brass

Inspiration: Multiple, but I need to find the proper references for them. The horse head chain holder was hand carved by me in jewelers blue wax and then cast via traditional oil-sand and flask method. The chains are hand made in two different gauges of brass (I need to locate the grave find reference). The implements were made entirely by me (except for the tweezers, Duke Arthur bent them for me). The needle case is based off a grave find (reference needed) but I made it a bit too large and it was my first attempt at soldering (I have a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and know how to solder electronics…who knew doing this would be a pain in the butt).
