Inspiration:  My own, based off of the 14 cent. Book of Hours

Notes:  The second page was originally not going to make it in to the book.  I spent a few hours on it and did not like it.  My wife saw it and said it looked great and just needed a little touch up to complete.  So…I messaged the Queen and told her I would swing by her house and put in on her windshield so she could get it to the binder in the morning.

I also had issues with the gauche sticking to the paper.  The paper was blackened using Windsor & Newton Caligraphy Ink, however, my ink was about three-fourths of the way empty.  I think the problem was due to the ink be very heavy with pigment.  I made a previous black scroll but did not have nearly as many issues as I did this time.
